How To Make Sinker Fishing Mold

Students XD happy for micro-stakes

good write this post was looking for a long time since I enjoyed the teaching experience I've had several friends (the forum, the university, compis floor etc ...) to micro-stakes exit the concept is as follows:

  • BigStack oriented players (100bb)
  • both SH and FR HU
  • included up to NL25 ( This can be ultrarentable modalias)
and say that I'm going to learn it all ... because from what I've been teaching others the same mistakes are repeated over and again:

  • learn to play well preflop because it is basic knowledge in addition to operating in war situations
  • blind 3bet profitable or squeeze preflop
  • Stats
  • learn to play (in addition will provide what for me is the HUD perfect for modeling micro-stakes base of thousands of hands)
  • correctly interpret the plan flops and hands according to this
  • 3bet played in pots (here many people lose a fortune)
  • database review to detect leaks
  • learn how to make table selection
  • learn to play against fishes or nit regs and that not all fishes are equal and all regs (Because for a person who has played 10k or 20k hands certain lines of fishes were strange and just paying them their monsters)
  • and generally fix any leak of the student till he made extensive
winner and now as we ride all this stall because of the following manner:
  • what I do and what I like most is USAT teamviwer and skype at the same time in order to see the live screen of my students and talk at the same time

  • I recommend the above but if the student only wants to review data, or record a video for comment after (this is somewhat more flexible matter of hours) for me is OK
Availability:
  • am available weekdays at any time (like a good little college class I jajajja)
  • weeks
  • the weekend Saturday is my day off with what we Sunday is free.
Conditions:
I do tiered pricing for FR and SH levels

to take any of the packs of hours is free and recommended you send a sample of 30k-40k hands to see It start with that level and I check that

database system to follow is that after each regular session classes juegueis your 2k or 3k hands, make the next class and so to hone your game.

at least the first two hours I like to do with where besides HM replayer out the stats that you may see some general philosophy of the game at the level you are and then keep it that way or doing live play sessions. (with skype + teamviwer)
also
grabeis I do not care approaches the class with camtasia (It is advisable) and that in 1h spoken many new concepts and even play in the first classes and also so you can share, study or join together between two friends so it comes out cheaper.
  • NL25 in lower 29 € / h pach of 6Hours and loose hours at 37 € / h
  • NL50 for the pack from 6 to 36 € / h for hours loose to 44 € / h
as new teaching have walked to a friend FR NL100 with very good results and it is a level that I feel very comfortable going to incorporation for those classes and pedis are the first time as a special price. NL100 FR
  • a 4-hour pack at 48 € / h for hours loose to 59 € / h (this time I reduced the pack to be more flexible)
    muyy
  • Important If the first session after the Students not happy money refunded (except for the first hour obviamenteXD) I do not want to tie or deceive anyone.
  • paid in advance and at least 2 hours (as payment has no problem I have in many rooms besides paypal or moneybookers)
My result as a player in microlimitespodeis consulted in the previous post
for any questions you can write to proseller11@gmail.com you can leave if you want your MSN or SKYPE and I add and talk live

xao luck at the tables ¡¡¡¡¡

close 2009 with good results I think that's pretty decent but the least this year is when I really understood the game and especially I improved a lot in

palm reading as positve points emphasized:
  • power in NL25 10bb/100 have kept for more than 130k hands
  • the bati
  • lower levels even pace even more in my challenge I pose for insight into the micro-stakes
  • 've learned new games and HU, PLO, SSS and sit's
  • I felt comfortable multitable 24 tables for FR and 17 SH
  • and We won about $ 4500 this year (3800 (include RB) +700 minority type PKR room where there is no support trakcer and I play HU)
negative point:
  • I played a few hands out of laziness often
  • I'm still not accept the variance of this game
and now the stats by level, say the numbers are somewhat rare because the hands are mixed 50% FR and SH ...

as advance to the next post say that I am preparing for microlimiteros coaching as I discovered that I love teaching poker and I've done it with several people and also went quite well even before publication of the offer and I have my first student
XD
if you want to try before you complete the number of students who have marked me proseller11@gmail.com to write to me at your msn or skype and add

you greetings and good luck to all

The sale of cars in the next years will be more than promising

are going by car.

Although just last July ended on stock 2008 new cars in the last four months many dealers sold out their stock of 2009. Everyone believes that a better year ahead

By: Luis Felipe Gamarra

This is a year that the people of Detroit will never forget: after having fostered over give-ed with the progress of the three eagles engine U.S. - GMC, Ford and Chrysler, so they had to observe silence the agony of three American emblems, estimated that manufactured the quarter of the 700 million cars circulating in the world right now. The financial crisis that in August 2008 produced a 40% fall in sales was the last hematoma which left them a beating that had begun years earlier.

Ironically, at that very moment, Peru went through a completely different picture. Dozens of representatives of the brands had already applied for shipments of merchandise, hoping that the success of 2008 (over 92,000 vehicles sold), dragging sales in the first quarter of 2009 in order to lessen the impact of the crisis in Peru. At that time, Ivan Besich, executive director of the Association of Representatives of Automotive Peru (Araper), said sales would fall 5% in 2009. Like other players in the sector, Besich sinned optimistic.

Although the crisis did not produce the same effects as in other countries, caused fear in the consumer, who became more conservative. For its part, the vehicle finance market was also adjusted abruptly: "The worst months were October and November, sales fell just," says Rafael Chang, general manager of Toyota in Peru. According

Araper, this year the sector have fallen by 19%. But despite the ugliness that seems to still represents Besich a positive figure. "We can not compare with 2008, this was an atypical year. If we compare with 2007, it would be fairer, we can say that sales will be 50% this year, "said Besich.

THE MARKET 2009
For representatives of brands surveyed, the best thing for a seller is to stock the equivalent of two months of sales history. In the first quarter of 2009, as dealers had already called in orders since late 2008, were left with what would correspond to 4 months of sales in the market accounted for between 5,000 and 7,000 units in overstock. These units, according to the make, model and price, were liquidated between May and August 2009.

"Having high stock is expensive, lack of flow and deterioration of the car. So the cars down to 25% on average, and we've seen more efforts to "show rooms", which previously were held every two years, and now every bank was launched to make one, "says Augusto Bezada, brand manager High Andes, which distributes the brand Lifan in Peru.

For Mass Automotive dealer, distributor of KIA , Fiat and Chery, its stock of 2008 was completed in May 2009. However, for the second half, the opposite happened. "The more cars expensive is slow to come, but in the case of other stock is going to miss, "says Jorge Maldonado, president of Automotive Mass directory. "I heard that some companies have been conservative in their orders and ended with a lack of stock" says Besich.

That would have happened to Toyota, who estimated that the market would recover at a rate higher than that expected for the second half of 2009: "As orders are placed two months in advance, we had a little slippage in the adjust the quantities to be imported, so we created a shortage of stock in some portfolio models, "says Chang. According

Eduardo Salazar, manager Hyundai, this year marks the lowest value have gained market share. In the case of Hyundai, have added three more points on the cake for its brands aimed at people who are also using their cars to taxi. That also would have been the case KIA, with sedan cars between $ 12,000 and $ 14,000.

Similarly, the representative of Lifan (Chinese origin) said that 2009 sales have risen 21% and projected to sell 40% more in 2010. When asked the representative of Toyota, the market leader, if you are removing these marks points, Chang said, "In recent years, the market has been boosted with the income for many brands, such as China, which more in a segment in which we have no presence, "says the manager of Toyota.

OUTLOOK TO 2014
Peru has the lowest rate of car ownership in South America. Its penetration is 4% (4 out of 100 Peruvians have car). In Argentina, Brazil and Chile, the rates are 23%, 13% and 10% respectively. Ballesteros Rodrigo Plaza Motor general manager, retail Chilean auto sales, says that potential led him to the Aventura Mall Plaza, in Bellavista, and plans to open two more locations in Trujillo and Arequipa. In the past five years, the provinces, which in 2004 accounted for 5% of sales are now 18%. Many dealers we confirmed their decision to extend their networks within the country, the result of growth in the provinces.

At this rate, not just the next two years will be dramatic. According Araper, 2014, could sell 139,000 new cars. The sector remains firm on the throttle. LO

SAYS THE LAW
End of Ceticos
In December 2008, the Executive approved a bill to expand the activity seen in the Ceticos, 2012 and Tacna Free Trade Zone by 2010. In these areas are repaired and sold cars imported Second-hand, most wheel changed. For executive director Araper, the end of these zones will promote a greater formality in the sector.

two years ago, selling new and used car market was divided 50 to 50. As of October, sales of new cars has now reached 62% market share, while those used for 38%. To the end of 2009 could add two more points for the new.

Ok To Swim In Just Underwear?

The 3bet is a myth

here I bring you a clear example of why stats are not ideal for winning below I put a sample of 500,000 hands of "kush789" For me one of the best regs on FullTilt NL200FR since anything beats 8bb/100 alacanze of the very few

if this crack post your stats in any forum without showing their winrate in 500k hands and see their 3bet of "only" 3.1% for NL200 you llamarain NIT, rock or other niceties and tell him to come down level because it certainly is not winning in the current or would be a break-even then I say JAJAJAJAJA (click to enlarge)
it seems it

wins and a lot ... I've seen videos of this player and is a real crack which bases its style in several lines:
  • defends the blind person doing 3bet hands as strong as AQ or TT, JJ, AK, KQ, KJ, AJ and other medium-strength hands
  • NL200 he explains that henceforth all preflop world has a pretty decent skill and our edge is to come after the flop.
  • coldcall
  • doing with these hands hold in the hands of many hands dominated the villains use to steal such as weak aces, K weak, etc ...
  • 3betea
  • and after a very polarized range based on total waste of q3s type that is easily undone and premiuns with which easily comitee
  • practically all of its 3bet BTN is where a range 3betea brodways big with PP or premiums
  • 3betea not always even AA or KK against UTG raises and people play with these incredibly stragihtforward 3bets and extract more value
  • postflop also takes a lot of pot control lines to avoid us postflop
tough decisions soon NANONOKO study shall be submitted to midstakes another crack at pokerstars

Building Your Own Bmx Bike Online

Jokes Part 1

jajajaj viva la variance there are a few of my favorite jokes professor of statistics for you living up to the balls of the variance as I
jajaja
  1. Normally is believed that the four-engine airplanes are more secure

that only have two. This is totally false, as

indicates on page 14 Air & Space, August and September 1993: "how

fewer engines, the less likely any of them being damaged." For

therefore safest planes are those with a single engine.

actually flying in aircraft is very safe. Almost all

of those killed in air crashes have died upon reaching the ground XD . Jajajja

  2. (now one of my favorite hahaha)

A man was afraid of catching a plane for that of the

hijackers. Looking at some statistics, found that the probability

that had a bomb in his flight was 1 in 1,000, while the

probability that there were two was 1 in 100,000. Therefore, it quehizo was taking the plane wearing the same one bomba.LOL

  3. (a classic lol)

33% of fatal accidents involve someone who has

drunk. Thus, 67% was caused by someone who had

drunk. In view of this, it is clear that the surest way

drunk and driving is going full speed.

  4. In New York a man is run over ten minutes.

    The poor must be knackered.

  5. The birth rate is twice the mortality rate, so

both, one two people is immortal.

  6. A typical person has a breast and a half penis.
  7. The vast Most people have a number of legs

    above average
  8. Vatican City has two Popes per square kilometer
  9. During World War II, someone had the idea

of looking where the planes had been touched upon returning from their missions and

reinforce these points. So they began to make statistics about

that the plane areas were more exposed. Al analyze the results,

realized one small detail: what had to be strengthened were the

areas receiving more shots of planes NO returning from their missions.

  10. (the last of this part)

The probability of having a traffic accident increases with

time passes you the street. Therefore, the faster you ride

, the less likely that you have an accident.

cheating people for part 2 more and better jajajaj

Jesus Christ Mad Gab Example

statistical power without limits

fucking (sorry for swearing start ajajajaj) as time goes two months since I opened the blog ...
the challenge is currently on standby as toy with other stuff in mind and also I could not play because of exams but now I am a free man: D

and one year I got into this quite thoroughly as to affirm that 60% of this fucking game is psychology (40% of theory you're out there either free or affordable) but I do not mean tells or ticks or anything ... I mean self-control, discpline, analytical ability, etc. ..
dereis
and now it is not learned (we all know players with a great personality for poker or people indifferent to badbeats or bad times ..)
error if you can learn if I dirais with a simple gesture such as putting the tips of two fingers could autoinduciros all these states and play your A-game (as the Yankees) because for that national NLP (nerolingüistica programming) for the years beyond 70 being the most modern of all current psychology, the pioneers were John Grinder and Richard Bandler but who ANTHONY ROBBINS was popularized in his famous book of 80 "power without limits"

on which this new science:
  1. the most important our internal dialogue on how
  2. interpret the messages that come from outside
  3. the relationship between our gestures and vocabulary with our moods.

see an example ... my grandmother since childhood I always heard praised as well as cooking or ironing, but when they offered to do other things that the others did not want to read "You stay at home is best" what has power to crush its dialogue inside she just thought it was for the only thing that was worth ... and that was in that center their efforts ... but it is so sad ...
So I strongly recommend you read, reread and study this book that revolutionized psychology in the day where you person learns from a new type of diet to improve your mood, ALL the tools of NLP such as "anchors" , manipulation of internal state, internal representations, the keys to success, how to understand others Through his internal reprensentaciones etc etc ...

so that you see the idea of \u200b\u200bhow powerful these tools are a given. Anthony Robbins seminars periodically convenes a weekend on which each participant pays about $ 1500 and may well be a macro room filled with 15,000 people.

other curiosity is to see how multiple policies, companies worldwide are raffled to this type of millions of dollars to shape their campaigns, dialogue, gestures, vocabulary, etc etc

message here I leave an interview that reduces all this billet XD (sorry but most of his material is in English)

the end of the interview will ask if Tom Cruise call him for his role in which he plays even magnolia artist ton pickup that moves men in multiple seminars and makes use of NLP in seduction ...

Actually the character is based on Ross jeffries sisi the photo-aged young women surrounded by ... Ross began focusing NLP to the world of seduction from the 90 achieving incredible results which states that you can still sleep regularly with women much younger than the (not rich or attractive physically) only using NLP exclusively oriented
seduction
few years ago was a complete stranger but became famous for another book that by the time I can not talk yet: D
here I leave the good of Ross in another interview with Louis BBC Theorux for which makes some pinito with NLP and shows her life hulmide in principle attractive to women ... but watch

from Ross Jeffries knorc on Vimeo .

at end of the four councils and the journalist ceases to be a turkey linking to defend and get phone numbers and even quoted saying just LOUIS journalist "is a tool as poderasa, which in the wrong hands could be dangerous and even destructive "

if you like the track let me know and delve into next entries

luck to all, Great

Article Central. War and Peace

Insurance

open war and peace.

INSURANCE INDUSTRY threatens to turn, AFTER THE END OF THE PRICE WAR starring the two biggest companies. HOWEVER, SEEMS TO BE WELL AND NO ONE KNOWS WHY

By: Davelouis and Serra

The insurance sector in Peru is one of the least developed region in terms of penetration. If Chile-our permanent reference in any subject (why is that?) - Penetration measured as the amount of premium on their GDP around 5%, the end of 2008 in Peru was of 0.92% which is not reached even 1% of GDP.

But it is more complicated. In fact, in our country the rate is 1.03% of GDP in 2005, went to 0.98% in 2006, fell to 0.9% in 2007 and came to the said percentage at the end of last year . What does that mean? That the sector is growing at rates much lower than those to which the economy grows when in fact there should be a much more direct correlation. And

penetration remains low, despite economic growth, the income of some world class players to the sector over the past two years and the aggressive campaigns to increase market share made the two largest insurance companies: Rimac and Pacific.

This precedence of the two largest companies have a reason: they belong to the two economic groups in the country, owners of the two largest banks in the financial system (which cross-selling power) but also, as claimed by the smaller insurers, and some industry specialists consulted and insurance brokers who did not want to be named, could not compete with the prices of the two giants that together account for almost 75% of market share.

The idea was not, however, to keep out the small and medium enterprises, but compete for the big market, ultra-concentrated in the socioeconomic levels A and B.
smaller
That could not compete there, it was a side benefit. It was a price war, as acknowledged recently Trade chief Superintendent Banking and Insurance (SBS), Philip Tam, but also members of the Peruvian Association of Insurance Companies (Apeseg).

"The price war forced all other insurance companies to seek business from large specialized niche and to continue working," he said at a luncheon Apeseg president, Daniel Calda.

MORE WAR OVER
This situation continued for about a decade, as recognized by the risk manager in the same lunch Rimac in Apeseg, until last year, the world fell and the financial results of Pacific the end of 2008 did not help to offset technical losses (The price of premiums did not cover the cost of insurance) that she and coming recording Rimac.

Credicorp The company (whose main shareholder is the Romero group) lost more than S/.18 million, while Rimac achieved an operating profit of S/.66 million.

it led Pacific to stop competing for market share and refocus on the profitability of the business I decided to do. Thus, withdrew from some of the businesses were not profitable (vehicle insurance is sold through Tambourine system, for example), reduced internal costs and renegotiated the terms of other insurance at maturity. It was exactly the same strategy as deputy general manager of Rimac, Alfonso Brazzini, had announced to his company: "we will focus on businesses that we know and profitable." "Déjà vu? In Pacific

deny that there existed such a price war, although Tam and everyone else openly acknowledged and explain that everything should not be more than a "tactic of penetration was creaming stage, it plans Pacific are comprehensive and are designed based on five and ten ", says his business manager, Gino Di Bello. NEW ERA

But with the end of the war, began A sincere (and, therefore, to raise) the prices of premiums by about 20% on average. The argument of the small and medium enterprises in the local market to explain (logically and rightly) its low market share was over because I was involved at your fingertips. And now?

risk to the manager of La Positiva, Gustavo Sardinia, things would not substantially change for them, since "we have never had problems with technical results and will continue to look to our customers primarily in underserved segments of the industry." They are ready to welcome customers to let go of Pacific and Rimac, but not go after them.

Something similar happens with most companies we spoke with, none of which wanted to declare to us (the majority) made significant changes as a result of this new reality. Even companies with very small market share but with the names of giant global players in the insurance industry, and Mapfre (Spain), ACE (UK) and even Cardiff (France).

In the words of assistant general manager of ACE, Juan Carlos Puyó, "ACE came to Peru to be a relevant played in the area (...) but we do not compete for market share." Then who are we?

Indeed, it seems now that the war was over market share, and finally, everyone can compete on equal terms, all such participation disdain toward a perfect technical result focusing on "maximizing the return on equity and get a good market share in terms of profits, but not in terms of premiums, "as explained by the business manager of Interseguro, Ernesto Melgar.

And at least in this case, this logic seems to make sense: Interseguro, with a market share of 2.7% in terms of premiums, has a stake of 13.9% in terms of total industry profits. OUTPUT

This, however, could have an unfavorable side for the growth of the insurance industry, if nobody cares to risk, how penetration will grow the business?

sectors now give ac-insurance is the same as they always have and not, also are the same as those efforts are directed even very small (but by no means unimportant) as La Positiva and Protecta.

Both, but particularly the latter aim the advancement of microinsurance. The rest, as explained general manager Protecta, Alfredo Salazar, has sought to hang on to any organization or business that has a respectable number of means of payment (the hardest thing and expensive in the business) "but have saturated so that now being dismantled."

So, how does the insurance business really grow as you would like the superintendent Tam? Unfortunately, no one risks a response. ACTORS

The war from within Pacific
losses last year were due primarily to financial results: the value of their investments (and those of all who remained in the bag) collapsed, seriously affecting their balance sheets (the life insurance company itself reported, however described, gains of almost S/.50 million).

contrast, Rimac covered the risk of falling markets by significantly reducing all its investments in equities and maintaining a good percentage of that cash in fixed term accounts.

This difference gave rise to the end of the price war that led to the sincerity of the premiums.

Business long distance shown declining
Winds of Change.
LONG DISTANCE CALLS, ONE OF THE TRADITIONAL BUSINESS OF TELECOMMUNICATIONS, have fallen steadily over the past two years. The market has a new role: the cell phone.
By: Alberto Limache
Year 2006. "Boom" in the Peruvian telecommunications market. The comments from the sector point to a great leader: the business of long-calls distance. Twenty operators participate in that market, fighting call to call any of the 1,114 million minutes processed during the year for national long distance, originating from subscriber stations and public telephones.
Year 2008. Osiptel reported that 16 long distance carriers remain in the market, selling less than five minutes 24% over 2006.
During this period, the market has focused even more: between 2006 and 2008 the first two long distance carriers have increased from 76% of call traffic to 82%. Today we begin to circulate rumors of trouble in the settlement of accounts receivable between operators.
And also draws attention to the smallest public advertising This category in mass media like television, where the girls 1977 from Americatel dominated the screen at any time (Guideline S/.11, 5 billion in 2007 and S/.6, 2 million in 2008). In addition, they would compete with Telmex offers 1909 of 1901 of the Peruvian Scientific Network and 1988 of Telefónica.
What might have happened in just two years into a thriving business that is showing, but now begins to be seen between the telephone company executives with some nostalgia? OPENING
"The story begins in 1998 when he opened the long distance market. Initially gave authorities a number of concessions, and this was the business more competitive in its time, "recalls Jose Juan Haro, Director of Strategy and Regulation of Telefonica del Peru.
Indeed, the "boom" of the long distance business reached its peak between 2004 and 2006. And the domestic long distance calls showed a sharp drop in prices, resulting from increased competition. Between 2006 and 2008 the cost per minute of domestic long distance call fell 8%. How healthy
was a policy of greater openness of the market? Apparently, just because companies have entered the market without the capacity to stay on it. According to official figures, the closure 2008, the Ministry of Transport and Communications held 75 concessions for long-distance operators in force, granted to 60 individuals or corporations. However, the turn Osiptel reported that only 16 long-distance carriers and coursed operating license had traffic.
Thus, increased competition, lower prices, would be forced out of this business to companies like 1910, LA & C, and LAT Peru, which recorded minutes used until 2007. In turn, Nextel purchased 100% of the share capital of the long-distance carrier Millicom Peru.
A similar case happened with Sitel, long-distance carrier Romero group, which announced in October 2008 operate only until the end of the year. DÉBILESLa
weakness of the operators would have caused even some of the companies that withdrew from the market have left unpaid bills, they had to bear the cost of using the infrastructure of the companies where they ended up calls made by their users. "There were cases of companies that did not honor their settlements with other operators," said Juan Rivadeneyra, director of the Regulatory Framework of America Movil (Claro). Rivadeneyra
added that there were companies that were devoted to "skim" the market and did not have a permanent vocation. In turn, Haro said it was logical to expect that the output of a market participant would motivate any unpaid debt.
In this respect, communicate Día_1 tried, unsuccessfully, with representatives of some phone carriers who withdrew from the market, such as Sitel, and other operational-going even as Convergia, and Telmex, to hear their views. HIT
CELULARPero body blow to the long distance business was the prevailing technological change in global telecommunications, which is directed toward wireless communication. And specifically, evolution has favored wireless.
the end of 2008, the number of cell of the three companies operating in the local market (Movistar, America Mobile and Nextel, with companies "sisters" to compete in the long distance market) reached the 21 million lines in service, representing a growth of 36% over the previous year.
turn, INEI official figures show that in September 2008, over 60% of Peruvian families had at least one member with a mobile device. In 2007, this indicator was 17%. The figure is higher in urban areas: 72.7%, while in rural, reaches 30%.
Similarly, Osiptel official figures indicate that the three mobile operators had significant results in the incorporation of new subscribers in that year. American
Cell phones "Sure Mobile rose 40%, Movistar, 39% and those of Nextel, in 30%. In 2007 the mobile plant (ie, the number of phones that are on the market) jumped an impressive 87%.
And how is that growth of the mobile plant affected the business of long distance? The answer is price reduction campaigns cellular companies. One was the National Single Rate (TUN). The campaign, launched almost simultaneously by Movistar (Telefónica) and Claro (linked to Telmex and therefore Americatel) in April last year for its prepaid phones, found that the calls will be valued local tariff when making a cell of the same company (on-net), without barriers of national location.
Subsequently, companies that expanded their mobile postpaid mode. SUSTITUCIÓNEl
described phenomenon is not unique to Peru. Rivadeneyra said that this has happened all over the world. "Just as we have seen where America Movil has a presence. The dynamics of price points to eliminate the concept of long distance, "he said. Even
, Haro said that this is a process that involves all wireline operations in the sector, which are being replaced by calls from cell phones.
"Replacement fixed voice phone voice is up to the consumer himself. And this has impacted all of the operators engaged in fixed telephony, including Telefónica. Over 60% of the traffic does not pass through the fixed network, ie, originates and ends in mobile networks, "he said. A GANADORSin
But both executives agreed that the big winner in this scenario has been the user, as mobile telephony tariffs presents a greater diversity.
"Now all the operators have products as duos and trios between mobile phones and calls regardless of location We have shown that without government intervention, can generate benefits the consumer, "Rivadeneyra said, adding that the price per minute of mobile phones dropped by 35% compared to 2007.
A major theme of what happened to the long distance is the role played by the regulatory and supervisory bodies.
In that sense, Rivadeneyra said the regulation was appropriate, since the Osiptel was devoted to arbitrate the market.
turn, Haro said the regulator's decision to increase levels of security operators in 2003. "In that year, Telefónica has accumulated a portfolio of bad S/.50 million. Now, we have much lower amounts in bad, "he said. MORE
CAMBIOSEl mobile virtual area in April 2008, the MTC Osiptel proposed the creation of mobile virtual area, which will facilitate the marking of the numbers of mobile phones around the country since pre avoid using codes for provinces. The consequence of this rule is the cheapening of all mobile calls made at the national level.
The rule was to be pub-lished in January, but apparently is expected to approve the by-numerical stability. That is, both rules would come out in January 2010. The world's biggest cell phone with best rates and start-up mobile virtual area would mean a death sentence for the business long distance.
