What Should I Write In A Wedding Card

COACH-

I do tiered pricing for FR and SH levels

to take any of the packs of hours is free and recommended you send a sample of 30k-40k hands to see It start with that level and I check the database the system

to follow is that after each regular session classes juegueis your 2k or 3k hands, make the next class and so to hone your game.

at least the first two hours I like to do with where besides HM replayer out the stats that you may see some general philosophy of the game at the level you are and then keep it that way or doing live play sessions. (with skype + teamviwer)
also
grabeis I do not care approaches the class with camtasia (It is advisable) and that in 1h spoken many new concepts and even play in the first classes and also so you can share, study or join together between two friends so it comes out cheaper.
  • NL25 in lower 29 € / h 6Hours pack and loose hours at 37 € / h. NL50
  • pack for 6h at 36 € / h for hours loose to 44 € / h.
as new teaching have walked to a friend FR NL100 with very good results and it is a level that I feel very comfortable going to incorporation for those classes and pedis are the first time as a special price. NL100 FR
  • a 4-hour pack at 48 € / h for hours loose to 59 € / h (this time I reduced the pack to be more flexible)

actulizacion 100,000 hands of another student coach-30K

how long since the last entry here I bring you another installment of the hands of a student for whom even questioned my coach, the effectiveness of the strategy or for those who still have not decided to take classes

in this thread also have left some people and opinions feddback

http://es.pokerstrategy.com/forum/thread.php?threadid=110511

the truth is that Alex was a somewhat exceptional case xq with only 2 hours of class nit opened his mind and began to implement things quickly but can be at that level in 6-8am class if taken seriously, work hard and play many hands materialized without
tilter
came to be a nit SSS and was playing break-even and all he had played with 100bb was 17k nl10 and NL25 hands in a not very good winrate their NON-SD break even or fall and a great game
abc
.... this is the PTR http://www.pokertableratings.com/stars-player-search/alex12690

as a fucking flawed in 2 mesesse has gotten 100k and this is the result
the first part until 40k hands of NL25 are inflated to where you can steal as reflected by the red line which has already NL50 7bb/100 played 60k hands (if you look at the biggest winners in PTR stars of NL50 FR 7bb/100 so do not exceed this level based) because there just like you can leave more space for regs to bluff because they are more aggros offset gains with the SD-winnings

there are his stats VPIP / PFR

the truth a crack that I wish him well and soon will go up to NL100 and I have no doubt that the level is sailing

We

another example
  • more people here have successfully karpokar the friend who also radically changed his game from the coach so that you see on the idea without using hud arrived at the table and playing 11 / 9 ...
  • is now one of the biggest winners tocapelotas ipoker and NL20 and 17/15 winner playing
  • 8bb/100
  • and NL50 recently uploaded a 6bb/100 WR negligible in 30k hands there will
  • PTR
  • its
Guess where I started classes?

jejejeje luck to all the tables

How to improve memory, retention of my students?

New! Seeking to improve the retention of some students and the few days I no longer remember what they saw in class, I found these exercises that I find very practical and accessible to improve memory in older adults are thought, but I think with some children can be successful we hope that also will be useful.

What is memory? Where we keep our memories?

A definition of the term memory refers to the set of systems to acquire, retain and retrieve information.
Memory is not a unitary concept, it is evident in various situations. For example, remembering a phone number for a short time, remember if we watered the plants, to recognize a dog as a living being, an action, such as learning to play a musical instrument.
first system is called sensory memory, which is responsible for collecting the information we receive through the senses.
A second system called Short-term memory, which is considered a working memory, where information stays for a short time. It is imperative to work on tasks such as remembering a phone number, to recall a phrase we just read in the newspaper, send a message to us given, etc.
And finally a third system called long-term memory or volatile memory, which refers to the knowledge about the world and of our experiences in the information he would stay a long period of time.

What phases are involved in memory?
fundamental phases of memory are: encoding (acquisition phase), storage or time remaining information in memory (retention phase), and the stage bring to mind memories (recovery phase .)

Here's what we do is learn how to implement A number of strategies:

1-In the encoding phase , most importantly, pay attention to the information coming and we want to retain. We
among other things: "No
accommodate several things at once, it does not do well no.

"No worry excessively about the problems, it makes difficult the recording of information.

-by exercising care, train it. We can, for example,

-Read the newspaper, look at names and remember them later.
-Delete all capital letters in a text;
-Exercises of puzzles, in which the target words.
In Anyway, simple tasks that help us to keep our attention in order to put on to work in our daily tasks.

2-In the retention phase, can use various mechanisms, including:
-Association: it involves information that comes with other more familiar to us, for example, associating the name of a person with someone you know, a phone number with a known date, age, number of floors, etc..
-categorization: what we have to do is to arrange things according to a criterion, using the common characteristics of objects. For example, remembering a shopping list, grouping by category fruits, meats, dairy products, cleaning supplies, etc..
-verbalization-Repeat: in this case, to perform the action, repeat out loud what we are doing.

-Visualization: This is "mentally see" what we remember. For example, to know how many doors there at home, we go home and mentally "see" the doors of each room, if we remember an object, we imagine what we thought with all its details, or to imagine a face with your eyes , nose, etc.. to remember it later.

3-in phase of Remembrance, what we try to do is recall the information we have recorded in previous stages. We find references and evidence we have collected in the early stages of search and seizure, we must rethink, return to the last place where we've been, etc.. But this is very important to note the following:
"The tension and stress we suffer, we produce alterations of all kinds, both psychological and organic. Also, produce disturbances in memory, because they hinder the registration phase. Therefore, we must learn to be more relaxed. We can learn to relax.
"Things we forget for several reasons, including lack of use, interference between old and new, failures at any stage of memory, etc. However, we keep in mind that forgetting is also necessary. We could not be maintained throughout the life everything that comes in through our senses. What we must ensure the important thing is to remember and forget what is useless.
Once we know the stages of memory and aspects that may be affecting our performance, we will surely ask what specifically do in those situations where we have small daily forgetfulness, and that greatly affect our well-being daily, as a challenge to our memory.

Given that in each type of neglect can adopt different strategies that we discuss in more detail later, as a rule and beginning to go to work our minds we will follow a series of steps:
a) To do not forget:
1.
attention
2. Verbalization

3. Display
b) To remember later:
1. Rethinking

2. Find clues or signals

3. Back to where we just be
In summary, I want to record with care, effort and exercise, we will be more effective not only in our memory, but see that our performance in everyday tasks is increased, which will affect our mood. This will influence our relations with others and quality of life without We doubt we deserved. Ana Isabel Silva
